At Oscar Oscar Salons, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, professional advice and beautiful results. Our team takes great care to ensure your consultation, service and home care recommendations are tailored to achieve the best possible outcome for your hair.

If you feel your result does not reflect what was agreed upon during your consultation, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and arrange a review of your service.

Our Commitment to You

Where a genuine technical issue has occurred, or the service outcome is inconsistent with the consultation provided, we will happily arrange a review and, where appropriate, a complimentary adjustment service.

All review appointments and any approved redo services must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment.

Review Process

To ensure we achieve the best outcome, a review appointment may be required. This allows our team to discuss your concerns, review the result and determine the most appropriate solution.

In some circumstances, a different stylist may be recommended to complete the adjustment service.

What Is Not Covered Under This Policy

A complimentary redo service does not apply where:

There has been a change of mind regarding colour, cut, style, length or overall look.

The requested result differs from what was agreed during the consultation.

Realistic limitations, risks or expected outcomes were discussed and accepted prior to the service.

Concerns arise due to incorrect home care, swimming, environmental factors or failure to follow professional advice.

Hair has been altered by another salon or individual following the original appointment.

Refunds

Oscar Oscar Salons do not provide refunds for completed services.

Where concerns arise, we are committed to working with you to achieve a result that reflects the consultation and professional recommendations provided.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
