PRICING
We’ve adopted gender-neutral pricing, ensuring equal payment for cutting and styling services. Our tiered pricing reflects the expertise of our trained and experienced stylists. Prices vary among salons, reflecting our stylists’ skills. This move towards gender-neutral pricing demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity and equality in the industry.
CONSULTATIONS
We love to consult and quote on services prior to commencement, to ensure complete satisfaction as we do not refund for change of mind. Every effort will be taken to reasonably correct hair that doesn’t meet the agreed consultation.
NON-DISCOUNTABLE SERVICES
Post colour blow-drys, speciality services, finishing glosses, additional styling and treatments are not discountable. Discounts are not valid in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
SUNDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
No discounts are accepted on these days due to staff penalty rates. Sunday’s & Public holidays incur a 10% increase in pricing on all services.
DEPOSITS
All speciality services require a deposit to secure the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
48 hour cancellation policy. Deposits paid will be non-refundable if you cancel within 48hrs of appointment.
CONFIRMATIONS
A part of our service is to send a confirmation text or email to every guest 4 days prior to the appointment. Oscar Oscar reserves the right to cancel a non-confirmed appointment.
PAYMENTS
Oscar Oscar Salons accepts cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Afterpay, ZipPay, Some credit cards may incur a surcharge.
ELECTRIC TOOLS
In line with the policies of our suppliers, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to register the warranty. In the event of a faulty heat styling tool, please contact ghd customer service.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange unopened retail items within 7 days when returned to the salon of purchase along with a receipt. We do not refund for change of mind.As our valued guest, we thank you for choosing Oscar Oscar Salons.

If you feel your result does not reflect what was agreed upon during your consultation, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns and arrange a review of your service.
Our Commitment to You
Where a genuine technical issue has occurred, or the service outcome is inconsistent with the consultation provided, we will happily arrange a review and, where appropriate, a complimentary adjustment service.
All review appointments and any approved redo services must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment.
Review Process
To ensure we achieve the best outcome, a review appointment may be required. This allows our team to discuss your concerns, review the result and determine the most appropriate solution.
In some circumstances, a different stylist may be recommended to complete the adjustment service.
What Is Not Covered Under This Policy
A complimentary redo service does not apply where:
There has been a change of mind regarding colour, cut, style, length or overall look.
The requested result differs from what was agreed during the consultation.
Realistic limitations, risks or expected outcomes were discussed and accepted prior to the service.
Concerns arise due to incorrect home care, swimming, environmental factors or failure to follow professional advice.
Hair has been altered by another salon or individual following the original appointment.
Refunds
Oscar Oscar Salons do not provide refunds for completed services.
Where concerns arise, we are committed to working with you to achieve a result that reflects the consultation and professional recommendations provided.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
